Subscription Terms

Stripe checkout is activated only after ShahreFilm completes its final merchant, tax, refund, and legal checks.
1. Subscription plans
ShahreFilm offers Monthly at $3.99, Annual at $35.99, 3-Year Access at $99.99, and Lifetime at $179.99. Monthly and Annual renew automatically until cancelled. 3-Year Access and Lifetime are one-time purchases. An active ShahreFilm subscription is required to stream content.
2. Account requirement
Paid access is linked to the ShahreFilm account used during purchase. Before paying, customers should confirm they are signed in to the account that should receive access and use the same account when activating a supported Roku device.
3. Renewal
A plan renews only when the purchase flow clearly identifies it as recurring and obtains the required consent. Monthly and Annual renew at the disclosed interval until cancelled. 3-Year Access and Lifetime are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. The final checkout implementation must provide a simple way to stop future recurring charges.
4. Cancellation and access
Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not ordinarily remove access already paid for through the end of the current billing period. If a payment fails, is reversed, is refunded, is disputed, or is found to be fraudulent, ShahreFilm may suspend or adjust the related access as permitted by law.
5. Price, tax, and plan changes
Prices and plan availability may change prospectively. Any applicable tax, discount, introductory offer, or additional charge must be disclosed before payment. A change to an existing recurring plan must be handled with any notice or consent required by applicable law.
6. Payment support
If a completed payment does not activate access, contact support@shahrefilm.com with the account email, plan, payment date, amount, and transaction reference. Do not send full card details, passwords, or payment credentials by email.
7. Relationship to other policies
These Subscription Terms supplement the Terms of Service and Refund Policy. Where a payment provider or app store processed the purchase, that provider's applicable terms and refund procedures may also apply.
