ShahreFilm is operated by Zagroc LLC.
1. Acceptance
By using ShahreFilm, its website, Roku channel, or related account and support services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the linked Privacy Policy, Subscription Terms, Refund Policy, and DMCA Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service
ShahreFilm provides access to international movies, television series, and animation on supported Roku devices and related web pages. Availability may vary by title, territory, device, account status, technical condition, content rights, or business decision.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping your password secure, and using the same account when activating a supported device or purchasing access. Do not share credentials or let another person use your account in a way that bypasses an access limit.
4. Plans and payment
ShahreFilm offers Monthly and Annual recurring subscriptions, plus 3-Year Access and Lifetime one-time purchases. Monthly and Annual plans renew automatically at the disclosed billing interval until cancelled. 3-Year Access and Lifetime purchases do not renew automatically. The selected plan, price, billing period, tax where applicable, renewal status, and payment terms are shown before purchase.
5. Payment processing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. ShahreFilm does not receive or store full payment-card details.
6. Content and intellectual property
The ShahreFilm name, logo, software, interface, metadata, and original materials are owned by ShahreFilm or used with permission. Films, series, animation, artwork, and other third-party material remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. You receive a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable right to use the Service; you do not receive ownership of any content.
7. Acceptable use
You may not copy, download, redistribute, rebroadcast, sell, scrape, publicly perform, or commercially exploit content; bypass advertisements, subscription checks, regional controls, DRM, tokens, or security measures; interfere with the Service; use bots or credential-stuffing tools; or use the Service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or infringing activity.
8. Changes, suspension, and termination
We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue a title, feature, plan, device compatibility, or the Service where reasonably necessary for rights, security, technical, legal, or business reasons. We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, misuse, security risk, copyright infringement, or violation of these Terms.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by applicable law, ShahreFilm does not promise that every title, stream, device, or feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the Service or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted here with a new Last updated date. Where required by law, we will give additional notice before a material change takes effect.
